We do not accept returns on any products once purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Dissatisfaction with the product
Delays caused by shipping carriers

3. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are:

Defective or damaged items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within [21 days] of delivery with supporting photos/videos. Upon review, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect item shipped: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
