Refund policy

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

3. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are:

  • Defective or damaged items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within [21 days] of delivery with supporting photos/videos. Upon review, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Incorrect item shipped: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
