Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing (Fulfillment Time)

  • All products are made to order.

  • Average fulfillment time: 2–5 business days after your order confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


2) Where We Ship From (Multi-Origin Fulfillment)

To speed up delivery, we route orders to the nearest facility when stock and print method allow. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

  • United States (Dallas/Coppell, TX): 217 Wrangler Dr, Coppell, TX 75019. 

  • United Kingdom (Wolverhampton): Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.

  • Latvia (near Rīga Airport, Mārupe): Lidostas parks, Mārupes nov., LV-2167. 

  • Spain (Barcelona area, Sant Climent de Llobregat): Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91–95, 08849. 

Note: Not all products are fulfilled in every location; some items may ship from a different in-house facility or a trusted partner site depending on availability and print method. 


3) Shipping & Delivery Times

After fulfillment, your order is shipped with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Transit time estimates:

Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time
All times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays (customs, weather, peak season, carrier issues) may occur.


4) Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.


5) Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

  • If you don’t see tracking within 7 days, check Spam/Junk or email contact@cuccico.com.


6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be charged customs duties, VAT, or import taxes by your country.

  • These charges are not collected by us and are non-refundable.

  • Customs inspection may extend delivery beyond the estimates above.


7) Helpful Tips for Smooth Delivery

  • Use a complete, accurate address (including apartment/suite number).

  • Add a local phone number and email so carriers/customs can contact you if needed.
