Cat Smoking Shirt | No Substance I Ever Used Was Abused Funny Tee

Meet the most relaxed cat on the internet. This cat smoking shirt features a striped tabby drawn in vintage engraving style, cigarette in mouth and beer bottle by its side, under the line No substance I ever used was abused. It was loved.

The Story Behind the Design

The fine black-and-white line work looks like an old woodcut print, which makes the bad-influence joke even funnier. The cat smoking shirt leans into the classic sassy-cat meme with a poster-style layout that reads well from a distance. Bold serif lettering frames the illustration above and below, and the white print stands out sharply on black, navy and heather fabric. It is equal parts vintage poster and internet meme.

Who This Shirt Is For

• Fans of dark humor and retro meme art.
• Birthday and gag gifts for friends with a twisted sense of humor.
• Concerts, bars, barbecues and casual weekends.

Fabric and Fit

Your cat smoking shirt is made of 100% ring-spun cotton with a 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²) fabric weight, shoulder-to-shoulder taping and a quarter-turned body to avoid a center crease. Heather colors are a 65% polyester, 35% cotton blend. Double stitching on the neckline and sleeves adds durability, so it holds its shape wash after wash. See more jokes in our funny meme shirts.
